Who does an employee provide a list of their prescription medications to when taking a drug test?

Prescriptions should only be provided to the Medical Review Officer (MRO) upon request by the MRO. This will occur after the laboratory has completed testing and confirmed the test result to be positive. The MRO will then review the prescription(s), if any, to determine if the prescription is a legitimate medical explanation for the positive result. If it is, then the MRO will report the test result as negative. If there is no legitimate medical explanation, then the positive result will be reported to the donor or employer.
