Am I correct that I either read or heard in one of your videos to register with clearinghouse to report non-negative drug results? I didn’t see an option to register as a service agent. How should I register, or am i not supposed to register, because I’m only a collection site?

A collection site has no reporting requirements in Clearinghouse, no need to register. A TPA might be providing services to an employer with their Clearinghouse requirements, in that case the TPA should register in the Clearinghouse.
