DOT Physicals – Certification Required

… As you may know, DOT – FMCSA as of May 21, 2014 requires medical examiners performing physicals to be trained, certified and listed in the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners.

If you have a physician, Physician’s Assistant or Nurse Practitioner performing physicals for your drivers, it is critical that you verify these medical examiners are listed in the National Registry.  Click Here to access The National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners.
