If you have completed the required training, you now need the required five mock collections (live or via webcam) in front  of a trainer qualified to monitor mock DOT collections.

This program includes a refresher training and the required five mock collections in front of a trainer qualified to monitor mock DOT collections. Mock Collections typically take about 90 minutes per person.

Once payment and registration is received, pre-session homework assignments will be sent via e-mail and the collector will receive an email with a web meeting link for completion of the proficiency demonstration – mock collections.

In order to complete the required proficiency demonstration (mock collections) you will need the following:

1. A partner to play the role as the donor
2. 7 split specimen collection cups
3. 7 Federal custody and control forms (CCF’s)
