Already Completed DOT Oral Fluid Collector Training and Now need your Mocks?

If you have completed the required training, you now need the required five mock collections (live or via webcam) in front of a trainer qualified to monitor mock DOT collections. Available beginning December 18th, 2024.

This program includes a training manual and the required five mock collections in front of a trainer qualified to monitor mock DOT collections. Mock Collections typically take about 90 minutes per person.

Once payment and registration is received, pre-session homework assignments will be sent via e-mail and the collector will receive an email with a web meeting link for completion of the proficiency demonstration – mock collections.

In order to complete the required proficiency demonstration (mock collections) you will need the following:

• A partner to play the role as the donor
• 2 Quantisal II oral fluid collection devices
• 6 Federal custody and control forms (CCF’s)

You will receive these supplies required prior to your mock collections session.
