Providing excellent customer support and creating an exceptional customer experience is something that our team at National Drug Screening works hard to accomplish. All of the NDS support team members take pride in assisting our customers and making sure that we are there for them when they need us. This means answering the phone when a customer calls or returning a call or email promptly, being knowledgeable about Federal and state regulations that affect our customers, and listening to understand our customers immediate as well as long term needs.
Whether it is to schedule a single drug test, answer questions, help an employer create an entire drug free workplace program, or something in between, each of our team members understand the importance of meeting and exceeding customer expectations while making the process simple and efficient.
Just this morning, one of our team members, Christina Chesbro, arrived at the office to find a wonderful thank you note and gift from one of our clients. Here is what it read:
