Certified Consortia/Third-Party Administrator (C/TPA)

National Drug Screening is a Nationally Accredited and Certified Consortia/Third-Party Administrator from the National Drug & Alcohol Screening Association (NDASA) which is now also DATIA (merger May 2023). To obtain NDASA Accreditation, applicants must participate in a rigorous review process to determine whether the applicant’s services are in line with NDASA’s standards for excellence. This process is led by NDASA’s Accreditation Review Committee of industry experts. The Consortia/Third Party Administrator (C/TPA) operates in a complex environment requiring skills and knowledge in a variety of subject areas related to drug and alcohol testing management.

NDASA Approved Trainer for Certified Professional Drug Collectors

For over 20 years Joe Reilly as been recognized as an expert trainer of certified professional drug collectors with DATIA which is now the National Drug & Alcohol Screening Association (NDASA). The NDASA recognized training program is about quality, standards and compliance. Reilly has trained hundreds of collectors throughout the United States.

Nationally Accredited for Administration of Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs (NAADATP)

National Drug Screening is one of 29 firms in the nation to have this accreditation as Nationally Accredited for Administration of Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs (NAADATP).

This program ensures that our company has knowledge and professional practices that keep our clients in compliance with best practices, State and Federal laws for drug testing. In accordance with the accreditation our firm maintains liability insurance and standard operating procedures.

Drug testing providers (TPA’s) with status as Nationally Accredited for Administration of Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs (NAADATP) are considered the top drug test service providers in the industry.

Better Business Bureau (BBB)

In February of 2020, National Drug Screening became accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Currently there are no complaints filed against National Drug Screening.

Our accreditation demonstrates the trustworthiness our customers are seeking. We believe in standards such as honesty, respect, truth in advertising and immediately addressing any customer complaints.

National Drug Screening will always strive to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints. We are extremely proud of our accreditation from the Better Business Bureau.

Better Business Certified

National Drug Screening is also a member of the Melbourne Regional Chamber of Commerce and is Better Business Certified. Chamber membership gives us opportunities for networking, education, marketing and community involvement. The NDS leadership has long been involved with the Chamber as Board members and as active members of many committees and councils within the Chamber of Commerce.

The benefits of a Chamber membership is very valuable to help our leadership connect with local business executives. Both Tom Fulmer and Joe Reilly often provide local community organizations with educational presentations on drug free workplace programs and marijuana as it relates to employment drug testing.

Tom Fulmer, VP of Business Development for National Drug Screening, serves on the Chamber Board of Directors. Being actively involved in our local community is an important part of our mission. December 2018 – SpaceCoast Business Magazine Honored Six Local Entrepreneurs at Business Leaders of the Year Awards Dinner. Joe Reilly, President of National Drug Screening was one of the honorees.

National Trade Associations

Within the drug & alcohol testing industry there are three national trade associations. Each is unique in terms of what they offer to their members including networking opportunities, trade shows, learning opportunities, training programs, advocacy and governmental representation. National Drug Screening maintains memberships in both national trade associations for the drug and alcohol testing industry.


Joe Reilly, President of National Drug Screening served for 12 years as a member of the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA); four of those years as chairman of the Board of Directors. (
DATIA merged with NDASA in 2023).

Tom Fulmer, VP Business Development at National Drug Screening currently serves on the Board of Directors of SAPAA and currently serves as the Membership Committee Chairperson.

2018 Leadership Excellence and Development Awards (LEAD)

National Drug Screening, Inc. recognized in the 2018 Leadership Excellence and Development Awards (LEAD) presented by HR.com. National Drug Screening (NDS) was awarded two Top 10 placements for its leadership development programs putting NDS in the Winners’ Circle for Best Sales Leadership Development Program and Best Customer Service Leadership Training Program. These awards recognize innovation and creativity within an organization for the design and execution of an internal leadership programs. Joe Reilly, President of National Drug Screening, was also recognized with a Top Corporate Leader Over 35 Award.

Orlando Business Journal Leadership Trust

February 2020 – Joe Reilly and National Drug Screening selected to join the Orlando Business Journal Leadership Trust, an exclusive community for influential business leaders, executives and entrepreneurs in Orlando, Florida. Reilly was chosen for membership by the Orlando Business Journal Leadership Trust Selection Committee due to his experience, leadership and influence in the Central Florida business landscape and beyond. Reilly will contribute articles to the Orlando Business Journal website and participate alongside fellow members in expert panels.
