The Nebraska medical marijuana amendment did not appear on the November 4, 2014, ballot in Nebraska as an initiated constitutional amendment. The measure would have allowed patients to use, possess, and grow marijuana for medical purposes with a doctor’s recommendation. The petition was filed by norml Nebraska on July 17, 2012. Proponents did not collect enough signatures to put the issue on the ballot.
